I have more than 20 years of experience in learning and development people, universities, and organizations. I am doing my master’s degree in Education and Learning Innovation from the UK. I have many certificates and certifications in many fields such as TESOL, CIPT, MCP, CIW, CBT, as well as I am an MBTI assessor and hold the global MBTI certification. Furthermore, I am a membership in ATD, CIPD, and other learning organizations.
I designed a new methodology to facilitate a new language learning using adaptive learning style, which attains fantastic results with the learners. Many of my learners now become trainers.
My teaching style is Fun and very very Interactive!
