1. I teach English to adults using conversational style lessons which can also include grammar, reading, listening, pronunciation, and writing exercises. If you are an adult who is fluent in English, but sometimes struggles or is not confident, this is the lesson for you. This is an opportunity for you to practice to improve or maintain your English level. I ask and answer questions and discuss topics that you choose or that I recommend. I recommend students choose topics and message me in advance about them to get the most enjoyment from their lessons.
2. I teach adults who want to talk about business as well. I have performed practice interviews where I take the role of a hiring manager and I ask relevant interview questions for the position you are applying for.
I can also review your LinkedIn profile too.

~I recommend booking one to two lessons per week for adults.~
*If you are a couple and want to learn English together I can also do this.
3. I teach children ages 6-12 using online story books and conversational style lessons. I correct your child's pronunciation while they read the books and I also ask them concept checking questions about what pictures they see in these online books and what sentences they have read to make sure they understand the story or topic. If the book does not have a picture of a word shown in the book I will use Google images to find the picture to show your child (SafeSearch is on) so they can learn visually.
~I recommend booking one to two lessons per week for children.~
*If you have two children I can split the lesson so one child learns for half an hour and then the other one learns for the next half an hour.
*Test Preparation (a new style of lesson I am working on)*
I can help prepare you for the DET (Duolingo English Test) which is now accepted by many US universities like Yale (the minimum score for Yale to be competitive is 120 out of 160). I have actually taken the test myself as well.
I will be working on a TOEFL prep course in the future as well.
Why do I teach English?
My motivation is for my students to be able to go out in public and speak English in a natural way without making mistakes and ending up stressed or embarrassed. I also enjoy observing the progress in my students overtime.
I hope to see you soon.
A little bit about me:
I'm 32 and I live near the beach in Central Florida. I enjoy spending time with my family, my girlfriend, and her 7 year old daughter. We like going to Disney World and watching rocket launches.
I am friendly and open minded to different lifestyles, cultures, and religions. So far, I have taught students of various professions from Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas.
I've studied Spanish at school (I can only remember some basic words though) and I'm currently studying Mandarin with a tutor on Verbling.
