Über Mich

Hello, everyone! My name is Hunter, and I'm so happy that you're checking out my profile. I've used Verbling for several years as a student of French, so I'm very excited to start giving back to the community.
My English teaching experience began in 2009, when I completed the CELTA program at Teaching House New York. After a few years back in my home town working at the public library, I had the great fortune to participate in the Teaching Assistant Program in France. During that time I taught English in a primary school just outside of Bordeaux and offered tutoring to several locals. I am now back home and ready to return to teaching.
I believe that conversation is key to language-learning, so lessons will be primarily discussion-based. I know that every student is different, however, so if you have a method that makes you more comfortable, I'm open to your suggestions. If you're a writer, I'm especially interested to help you and can give you plenty of short essay topics and feedback.
So, if you want to see how we work together, please book a trial lesson today. See you soon!
